Initial S2C Assessment (50 minutes)
Your certified S2C practitioner will guide an assessment of key motor functions. This first session gives us valuable insight into your unique speller and helps us create the best plan moving forward.

Individual S2C Sessions (30 - 50+ minutes)
Personalized support to build motor skills for communication and engagement. Individual sessions use enriching, age-appropriate content to help spellers practice motor skills. Every session is designed to meet the needs of the individual, while building motor skills step by step.
Available in-person or online.
Communication Regulation Partner (CRP) Training & Consultation
(30 - 50 minutes)
Parents and caregivers play a vital role in supporting their speller. CRP Training is based on the I-ASC curriculum, where you’ll learn the foundations and techniques of S2C.
Ongoing weekly or bi-weekly sessions provide real-time guidance and feedback for both you and your speller. You'll learn how to support practice at home, building consistency and confidence.
Consultation appointments are also available outside of formal sessions to address questions or specific needs.
A Special Note to Families and Caregivers
S2C is not just about the speller ~ families and caregivers are central to the journey. As a Communication Regulation Partner (CRP), you will:
-
Learn how to support and encourage without influence
-
Build a true communication partnership with your nonspeaker
-
Celebrate progress, from the first letter to full conversations
Families often describe S2C as transformative; creating space for understanding, belonging, and connection that once felt out of reach.
Group S2C Sessions (50+ minutes)
At Spelling Forward Co., we value building community as much as building skills. Group sessions give spellers the chance to practice spelling alongside peers, build friendships and connections and experience learning
and communicating together.

Self-Advocacy Appointments & IEP Support
We will attend meetings and appointments upon request; allowing spellers the opportunity to advocate for themselves.
We also provide support in collaborating with schools, offering input for Individual Education Plans (IEPs) etc..
Workshops & Spelling Sprees
Proud to partner with Vocal Vista S2C practitioner, Brittney Ritchie!
We are always eager to facilitate S2C group events, and workshops.
